The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it has been observed that: -
1. At time of previous consent to operate the fixed assets of the industry of Rs. 1.90 crore as on 31.03.2017, which have now increased to 2.32 crore as on 28.02.2023, however, you have not submitted the detail of addition made by you after 31.03.2017.
2. The industry has not deposited NOC regularization fee of Rs. 3600/- for increase in fixed assets of the industry.
3. If, the industry has made expansion in the building premises, it shall submit revised building plan from Director of Factories, Punjab.
4. The industry has not submitted agreement with M/s JBR Technologies Ltd. Regarding lifting of its electroplating effluent.
5. The industry has also not submitted penalty fee of Rs. 14,400/- under both acts.
