| Clarification Note: |
The application of the industry has scrutinized and it is observed as under:-
1. The industry is required to clarify as to whether the production/process of the industry has been changed or not w.r.t. increased machinery.
2. The industry is required to submit the previous sampling testing fee of Rs. 7198/- of air sampling and Rs. 5310/- of effluent sampling carried out on 23.04.2019. Also, Rs. 3481/- of effluent sampling carried out on 17.02.2020.
3. The industry is required to submit the original approval from Petroleum & Explosives Safety Organization (PESO) incorporating the quantity of the hazardous chemicals.
You are requested to submit above said observations within 03 days. |
