The brick kiln has already deposited consents fee Rs. 18,000/- vide UTR/Ref. no. SBIN221084921909 dated 25.03.2021 under the Water Act, 1974, which is adequate upto 30.09.2025 and already deposited Rs. 25,200/- vide R. No. SBIN221084919911 dated 25.03.2021 under the Air Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 30.09.2028, against the fixed assets of Rs. 33.42 lac, as on 31.03.2022, which shows that there is no increase in the value of total assets of the industry.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 1.0in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -22.5pt;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">1. Consents to such brick kilns having length of central island more than 245' shall be extended further for a period of one year / till study / monitoring by Technical Providers is completed (whichever is earlier) and further decision shall be finalized in the matter…….. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 1.0in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -22.5pt;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">2. SEE, Zonal Office, Bathinda shall coordinate will both the technical providers to carryout monitoring in 3-4 brick kilns in Bathinda and Faridkot of varying length (more than 245')…… </span></p>

M/s Titu BKO, Lamochar Kalan has been granted consent to operate for a period upto 30.09.2023.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Symbol; mso-fareast-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-family: Symbol; color: #5d5d5d;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">In view of above decisions, it is recommended that renewal of consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 may be extended for further one year i.e. upto 30.09.2023 with suitable condition and additional condition that the brick kiln will make necessary technological modifications suggested by the technical provider in time bound manner as decided by the Board, please.</span></p> |
