<p>The industry has complied with most of the violations as recorded during earlier visit dated 11.01.2023. The only violation which are yet to be complied with are as under:</p>
<p>1) <span style="font-family: Cambria, 'serif'; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify; text-indent: -24px; background-color: #ffffff;">The industry has installed one no shot blasting machine which is provided with dust collector and a stack of adequate height. </span><span style="font-family: Cambria, 'serif'; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify; text-indent: -24px; background: white;">The industry has installed 3 no. powder coating booths and has dismantled the 2 no. powder coating booths earlier installed. The industry has provided separate cyclones as APCD with the 3 no. powder coating booths & common stack along with stack of spray paint booths.</span><span style="font-family: Cambria, 'serif'; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify; text-indent: -24px; background-color: #ffffff;"> The industry has installed 2 no. gas fired oven, 1 no. Diesel fired oven with powder coating booth which are provided with stack of adequate height. </span><span style="font-family: Cambria, 'serif'; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify; text-indent: -24px; background: white;">The industry has provided 4 no. spray paint booths equipped with water curtain as APCD, which is further connected to a common stack of adequate height.</span><span style="font-family: Cambria, 'serif'; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify; text-indent: -24px; background-color: #ffffff;"> Hence, the industry has increased the no. of sources of air pollution as compared to earlier Consent to Operate under Air Act, 1981granted to it, which is valid till 31.03.2023 without obtaining varied CTO of the Board.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Cambria, 'serif'; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify; text-indent: -24px; background-color: #ffffff;">2) </span><span style="background-color: #ffffff; font-family: Cambria, 'serif'; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify; text-indent: -24px;">The hazardous waste of category 5.2 was not stored in hazardous waste room and was stored in a store.</span></p>
<p><span style="background-color: #ffffff; font-family: Cambria, 'serif'; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify; text-indent: -24px;">3) The industry has not obtained authorization under HWM Rules, 2016.</span></p>
