<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-IN">Now, the project proponent has applied renewal of Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing Printed and laminated pouches @ 180 MT/Year & Paper Cup Blanks @ 1800 MT/Year using Polyester @36MT/Year,<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Metallize polyester @18MT/Year, Poly Film @96MT/Year, Inks @24MT/Year, Adhesive @6000Kg/Year, Solvent @12MT/Year, Paper @1560MT/Year &<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>LDPE Granules @240MT/Year along with requisite document. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-IN">The project proponent has submitted CA Certificate with the value of fixed assets of Rs. 89.32 lakh on 28.02.2023. Earlier, the industry has deposited Rs. 70,800/- vide UTR No. SBIN122069936488 dated 10.03.2022 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 including Rs. 5,600/- as NOC regularization fee, Rs. 500 as FDF and Rs. 65,200/- vide UTR No. SBIN122069941088 dated 10.03.2022 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 including Rs. 500/- as facilitation fee. Now, the project proponent has deposited Rs. 1200/- vide R no. 676297901 dated 27.03.2023 as NOC regularization fees. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The total fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 11.05.2027 under both Acts.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-IN">On scrutinizing the application of the project proponent following observations were raised on 27.03.2023 with request to submit reply within 2 days.</span></p>

Now, the project proponent project proponent has submitted CA certificate with the value of fixed assets of Rs. 89.32 lakh, which is increase as compare to the previous CA certificate. Further, the value of plant & machinery has increased 61.59 lakh to 65.40 lakh and it is requested to give detail of increase in machinery along with bills. </span></p>
