The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has submitted latest CA Certificate with the value of fixed assets of Rs. 96.34 lakh, which has increased from Rs. 94.52 lakh as mentioned during previous Consent to Operate granted to the industry. The project proponent needs to give detail of expansion along with bills and is also required to give undertaking that with the increase in fixed assets amounting to Rs. 1.82 lakh is there any increase in pollution load or production capacity.
2. The project proponent has not linked consent fees with the application.
3. The industry has not mentioned shot blast in the source of process emissions in the application form.
You are therefore requested to submit reply of the above said observation within 2 days.
