| Clarification Note: |
The application of the industry was scrutinized and it was observed as under:-
1. The applicant has increased the production capacity and has mentioned disposal of trade effluent as CETP which is different than previous consents granted.
2. The applicant has made agreement with CETP in violation with special conditions of previous consents in which name of CETP is not mentioned.
The applicant is requested to clarify the above so that further action in the matter may be initiated.
