<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">It is intimated that PP was earlier granted CTE for the construction of 21 Showrooms, 28 Shops & 6 Multipurpose Halls with the proposal of 15 KLD of treated wastewater to reuse for the flushing purpose by providing a dual plumbing system and 20.38 KLD of treated wastewater - Into MC sewer after treatment in STP.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">RO has reported that one block of construction work has been completed further construction is under progress, and the PP has not started the STP.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">It further intimated as per the previous PP obtained CTE with the proposal of 15 KLD of treated wastewater to reuse for the flushing purpose by providing a dual plumbing system and 20.38 KLD of treated wastewater - Into MC sewer after treatment in STP . But as per M.C. letter no. 2494 dated 24.12.20, which mentions that currently there is no provision of public sewer in the area surrounding this project. It has further been mentioned in the said letter that the project can connect its sewer to the main sewer of M.C Zirakpur in the future, as per the capacity of the MC sewer prevailing at that point in time.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">in view of the above PP has not submitted the scientific proposal to handle treated wastewater @ 20.38 KLD to be generated from the project as terminal Zirakpur is not adequate to handle the additional load generated from the project.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">May if approved SCN for refusal extension of validity CTE be issued to PP with an opportunity to submit the written reply within 10 days. EE, RO may also be requested to give his comments on the reply to be submitted by PP and send the fresh recommendation.</span></p>
