<p style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the some observations were asked from the Regional Office, which has been replied by the Regional Office as above. The observations and the reply are mainly related with the Water Act, 1974.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">As recommended earlier vide note dated- 21.03.2023, it is recommended that consent to operate under Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 31.03.2024 with usual conditions.</p>
