Respected Sir,
We are in receipt of the above mentioned Show Cause notice issued from your esteemed office.
We would like to submit the following clarifications for your kind perusal:
1. We wish to clarify upon the para 5 of the above show cause notice and submit that we are using
automized printing machine for printing the corrugated sheets and the waste water generated
from the washing of ink rollers is in miniscule quantity, i.e. less than 40 litres daily, and whole of
it is being used for mixing of glue.
2. The Mixing process is carried out in the plastic drums and the waste drums are then disposed
off to the authorized dealer of PPCB under Category 33.1 (Hazardous waste category 33.1
disposal Agreement dated 15.7.2022 with Surya Chemicals &Bill dated 07.02.2023 for disposal
of Plastic waste mixing drums & buckets attached herewith as Annexure -1 & Annexure -2)
3. We have already purchased an electric evaporator for treatment of the waste water treatment
and the same would be installed in our unit within the next 20-30 days.
4. We would also like to bring in your kind knowledge that we are not throwing away the waste
water effluent and are not causing any type of air or water pollution.
Sir, as is clearly evident from the above mentioned points that we already are not causing any type of
water pollution in our production process, we would like to Humbly request your esteemed office to
kindly issue Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974.
Kindly do the needful and oblige.
