<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 106%;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; color: black;">It is intimated that SCN for refusal of renewal of CTO applied under the Water Act, 1974 has been issued to project proponent vide Board's letter no. 2063-64 dated 29/3/2023 alongwith an opportunity of personal hearing before the CEE (P) of the Board on 6/4/2023 </span><strong>(copy enclosed)</strong><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; color: black;">. </span><strong><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">It</span></strong><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;"> <strong>is requested to get the copy of the notice delivered to the industry and send the receipt of the same to this office and also ensure its presence on the said date and time of hearing.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>It is also requested to give his comments on the reply to be submitted by the project proponent w.r.t notice as well as pointwise comments on whether project proponent has made the compliance with condition of environmental clearance granted to it and send the fresh recommendation, so as to enable his office to decide the application. Also EE, Regional Office, SAS Nagar shall request to sent through E-noting<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>no. 19632295 of OCMMS of the the violation made by MC Dera Bassi (as treated water from the STP is disposed off into the Habatpura drain).</strong></span></p> |
