It is intimated that the application of the industry for obtaining fresh consent to establish (NOC) has scrutinized and it was observed that the industry has not submitted any document w.r.t. area classification/ land use/ CLU. The industry has not submitted the compliance of decisions of the hearing alongwith requisite documents. It is requested to clarify regarding the same within 03 days so as to proceed further in the matter. Until then the application will be treated as incomplete. |
