Sri Muktsar Sahib in an area of 33 Kanals 1 Marlas land  bearing 28//1/1 (4-2), 1/2 (2-18), 3/1 (3-8), 9/1 (5-7), 9/2 (2-8), 10/1 (7-7), 2 (7-11) of Tehsil Malout, Distt. Sri Muktsar Sahib.  <p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 18.0pt; mso-pagination: none; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: 22.5pt; background: white; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none; margin: 5.0pt -27.0pt 5.0pt .5in;">Ø  Accordingly the proposal of industry with revenue record was sent to the DTP, Sri Muktsar Sahib and Tehsildar, Malout vide this office letter nos. 423 dt. and 424 dt. 23.02.2023, respectively with the request to submit reports regarding their concerned parameters as required in view of the siting guidelines prescribed by the State Govt. vide order dt. 15.10.2013. Ø  Now, the industry has applied for consent to establish (NOC) through OCMMS for the establishment of rice sheller unit to manufacture Raw Rice/ Sorted rice @ 5 TPH with dryer using paddy @ 7.5 TPH as raw material. Ø  The details of case is as under : Ø  The industry has deposited Rs. 8900/- vide online UTR No. CBINH23075323736 dated 16.03.2023 for gross fixed assets of Rs. 182.45 lakhs. Ø  The industry has submitted proposal to install separate cyclones as APCDs with the shelling section and paddy cleaner of the dryer section. Ø  The site of rice sheller unit was visited by the AEE of this office on 28.03.2023 and it was observed that – 1.    The site is located on village Mithri Budhgir. 2.    The industry has not  started construction activity at the site. 3.    No village Phirni /lallakir/ Wild Life Sanctuary / Zoo / approved residential area/house / Historical Religious place / Protected Monuments/educational institute are located within 500 mtrs. <span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">4. No high tension wire passes over the site of the rice sheller. <a name="_GoBack"></a>Ø  The industry has submitted the certificate from Tehsildar, Malout vide dated 01.03.2023 which is attached below. Ø  The industry has submitted the certificate from District Town Planner, Sri Muktsar Sahib vide no. 151 dated 13.03.2023 which is reproduced in the attachment attached below. As such, the site of the industry is suitable for establishment of a rice shelling unit. Ø     Recommendations : Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to establish (NOC) may be granted to the industry for one year for establishment of rice sheller unit of capacity 5 TPH of raw rice /sorted rice with dryer, subject to the suitable conditions.
