The said land also in the name of Burj Downtown Pvt. Ltd. out of 2.54 acres, about 1000 Sq. yards land will be utilized / developed for Eucalyptus plantation for the disposal of treated water. “</em></p>

Moreover, no MAH industry is located within 250mtr of the project site and no cement plant/grinding unit/rice sheller/saila plant/stone crusher/screening cum washing plant/hot mix plant/brick kiln is located within 500 mtr from the proposed site.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 76.5pt;">The site of the commercial colony is meeting with the siting guidelines for such type of establishments.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">Keeping in view of the above, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the project proponent for establishment of commercial colony with factory outlets @ 76 numbers, restaurants @ 2 numbers and food courts @ 1 number with total built up area of 18,888.23 sqmtr, subject to the following specific conditions:-</p>
