On scrutinizing the application and linking with record it was observed as under:-
1. The industry is required to submit record of fresh water intake and effluent lifting to the CETP for the last 02 year so as to adjudged the water/effluent balance of the industry.
2. The industry is required to submit copy of aggrement made with CETP for lifting of effluent.
3. The industry is required to submit detail of process as well as machinery added to the existing process for which it has now applied for varied consents along with the change in the effluent quantity.
Clarify within 02 days. |
