It was earlier granted consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 upto 31/03/2023 to manufacture Crank Shaft, Crown Wheels/Pinions @ 100 MTPD.</span></p>
<p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="margin: 0in; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black;">Now, the industry has applied for consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 for the manufacturing of product Auto & Non auto components (cranks shaft, crown wheel, Pinion, Diff Case etc.) @ 170 MTPD. The industry has submitted that the increase in production capacity is attributed to increase in machinery. The industry falls in industrial zone, as such it can be regularized.</span></p>
