<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">It is submitted that the industry has applied for obtaining consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle for manufacturing of Processed Cotton @ 1080 MT/Year by using Waste Cotton @ 1080 MT/Year as raw material under green category along with requisite documents. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry has also submitted Revenue Report, DTP letter, land documents, project report along with the application. The industry has deposited Rs. 4200/- vide Receipt No. 619409155</span> dated 17.03.2023 as NOC fee against the project cost of Rs. 99.60 lakhs as per application form submitted by the industry, which is adequate for one year.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">As per the application form, there is no trade effluent/process emission generation from the operation of the industry. The domestic effluent to be generated shall be treated through septic tank for disposal onto land for plantation purpose.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The site was visited by AEE on 30.03.2023<span style="color: red;"> </span>and observed that </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">the proposed site falls on right hand side on road from Samana to Kahangarh. The boundary wall has been constructed and further civil construction work is under process. </span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">No village Lal Lakir/ Phirni, 15 pucca houses and MC limit of city/town were observed within 100 mtr radius of proposed site. </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">However, one no. poultry farm and two-three nos. scattered houses were observed within 100 mtr. Radious of proposed site. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The proposed site is meeting with siting criteria laid down by Board for such type of industries, as certified by Naib Tehsildar, Samana and DTP and verified during visit. The competency to decide the case lies with EE, Regional Office being green category and small scale unit.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Keeping above in view it is recommended that consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle may be granted for one year with usual conditions and special condition as under: </span></p>
