Further, now, the unit has applied for obtaining 'consent to establish' (NOC) from pollution angle, for expansion of its unit for processing of Paddy (For Steamed/Dry Rice) @ 4.5 T/Hour to produce Rice (Steamed/Dry) @ 3.0 T/Hour alongwith Rice Bran @ 0.16 T/Hour, Phuk @ 0.20 T/Hour, Rice Husk @ 0.99 T/Hour in this office. The industry has submitted certificate from Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Patran issued vide no. 1264 dated 25.01.2023, in which it was mentioned that the unit falls outside the M.C. limits of Patran. As such, the unit is suitable for expansion as proposed by the industry in light of Govt. notification dated 15.10.2013. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
