<p>In view of above, it is therefore recommended that CTO be granted to the industry as already proposed by this office with suitable conditions and with special condition that the industry shall comply with any directions received from the Competent Authority of the Board in the matter of O.A. no. 298/2020 titled as “Vineet Nagar vs Central Ground Water Authority and Ors.” of Hon’ble NGT w.r.t. industrial units manufacturing formaldehyde and its different resigns (including melamine formaldehyde, urea formaldehyde and phenol formaldehyde)</p>
