<p>It is intimated that <span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>the industry has submitted a request letter dated 10.03.2023 regarding industry is a small scale unit and has requested to be covered under the VDS scheme under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974. It has also deposited Rs. 25000/- vide UTR no. SBIN523083458601 dated 24.03.2023 as one time settlement fees under the VDS scheme, which is adequate as per the date of commissioning of the industry.Though the industry already had consent to operate under the Air Act,1981 but it had not obtained CTO under Water Act, 1974, as such the case of the industry may be considered in the VDS scheme for deciding the CTO case please.</p> |
