<p style="text-align: justify;">In consideration of the recommendations sent by RO; if approved, the consent to establish (NOC) for the expansion in existing capacity may be granted to the industry for change of capacity in Storage of MS (Class-A) from 4164 KL to 7806 KL, Storage of Ethanol (Class-A) from 400 KL to 1258 KL, Storage of HSD (Class-B) from 44750 KL to 36466 KL, Storage of SKO (Class-B) 1916 KL to 0 KL, and Storage of ATF (Class-B) from 0 KL to 5745 KL (including One New underground Storage Tank of 45 KL), be granted for one year i.e. upto 14.03.2024, subject to suitable general & additional conditions.</p> |
