CTOW/Varied/SAS/2022/17021153 dated 31/03/2022 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Varied/SAS/2022/17021137 dated 31/03/2022 valid upto 31/03/2023 for Castings @ 400 Kgs/day by using Pig Iron @ 25.0 Kgs/day, CI Scrap @ 250.0 Kgs/day & CI Iron Scrap @ 225.0 Kgs/day, subject to certain conditions as mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, with same production capacity. The industry has submitted CA certificate dated 06/03/2023, which showing increase in the fixed assets of Rs. 5.98 crore on 31.03.2021 to Rs. 7.18 Crore due to installation of non-polluting machinery i.e. CNC/ VMC machine and copy of the bill of increase of fixed assets is enclosed herewith for your kind perusal.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">The industry has deposited Rs. 1,08,000/- vide online UTR no. BARBQ23061105720 dated 03/03/2023 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 1,08,500/- vide online UTR no. BARBQ23061105806 dated 03/03/2023 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Rs. 10800/- vide online UTR no. BARBS23080913264 dated 21/03/2023 as NOC regularization fees. The consent fees deposited by the industry is adequate upto 31/03/2028, under both the Acts.</span></p>
