<p>In view of above, it is recommended that the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry for the period of five year with the usual conditions and special condition that the industry shall install flow meters at the outlet of treated effluent used in the printing section for screen washing as well as at source of washing area containing water recovered from cooling and condensate of dyeing machines within one month and maintain the records of the same. </p> |
