<p><span style="color: #333333; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 14px; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">As proposed by EE ZB above along with thev following additional conditions:</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #333333; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 14px; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">1. The project proponent inlight of the submitted undertaking to the effect that the additional land of 2 acres (adjoining to its project), which is owned by the project proponent, shall be used for plantation purposes for utilizing the treated waste water. The project proponent shall not use this additional land for any other purposes without prior written permission of the Board.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #333333; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 14px; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">2. The project proponent shall make provision to commission & operate the proposed STP in a phased manner in consonance with the occupancy to take place in the project. </span></p>
<p><span style="color: #333333; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 14px; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">3. The project proponent shall make provision for the disposal of treated wastewater upto the land earmarked for plantation through pipeline.</span></p> |
