The industry has applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The industry has not submitted area classification certificate from competent authority. The industry has not submitted concrete proof of date of commissioning i.e electricity bill. Moreover, the industry has not submitted building plan approved from competent authority. The industry has not submitted manufacturing process details alongwith process flow chart
