<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS for the product manufacturing of industrial packing material.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has submitted the first electricity bill as the proof of date of commissioning i.e. May, 2015. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has submitted approved building plan from architect approved by Director of Factories, Punjab. The industry is located in designated industrial zone i.e. Industrial Area –C as per Khasra Number mentioned in gazette notification.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has deposited Rs. 44450/- vide UTR No. 595232500 dated 28.03.2023 (Rs. 32550/- water, Rs. 6400/- as NOC regularization fee & Rs. 5000/- as Notional fees as water consent fees and Rs. 37550/- vide UTR No. 118866687 dated 28.03.2023 (Rs. 32,550/- (air) & Rs. 5000/- as Notional fee which is adequate upto 31.03.2026. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Now, the industry has applied for fresh of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 alongwith requisite documents. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The site of industry was visited by the AEE of this office on 23.03.2023 and it was observed as under :-</span></p>

Extruder machines in its premises.</span></p>
