<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">Considering the decision of SEIAA conveyed to the Senior Environmental Engineer, Zonal Office-II, Patiala on 28/01/2023 and considering the fact that the unit had applied for obtaining CTE as well as CTOs from the Board from time to time, it is recommended that CTOs be granted to the industry upto 19/07/2023 subject to special conditions mentioned in the note of AEE.</span></p>
