CTOA/Fresh/LDH3/2022/19105237 dated 02.08.2022, valid upto 31.12.2022 for Dyeing of Polyester Cloth @ 2 Tonne/day with discharge of trade effluent @ 150 KLD & domestic effluent @ 0.8 KLD into conveyance system of CETP 50 MLD alongwith one boiler of capacity 03 TPH with cyclone separator as APCD.</span></p>

Therefore, the PSPCL authorities were requested by this office vide letter no. 282 dated 23.01.2023 to submit the compliance in this regard.</span></p>

During all 04 visits, the unit was not in operation. Hence, air sampling was could not be carried out.</span></p>
