<p style="text-align: justify;">It is intimated that SCN for refusal of CTE (NOC) from pollution angle as required under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 has been issued to the project proponent vide Board's letter no. 2069-70 dated 31/3/2023 <strong>(copy enclosed) </strong>alongwith an opportunity of personal hearing before the SEE (ZP-1) of the Board on 6/4/2023. It is requested <strong>to get the copy of the notice delivered to the project proponent and send the receipt of the same to this office and also ensure its presence on the said date and time of hearing. He is also requested to submit his comments on the reply to be submitted by the project proponent w.r.t. notice and to <span lang="EN-IN">comments on whether the industry is made compliance with the condition SOP issued by the CPCB</span> such as the type of unit whether the industry is required to obtain authorization and passbook/Actual User Certificate under Hazardous & Other Wastes (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016.and send fresh recommendations accordingly, so as to enable this office to decide the application.</strong></p> |
