Now the industry has applied for varied consent to operate under Water Act 1974 and Air Act 1981 under orange category.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 13.8pt;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span> <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span> As per agenda note, the industry was visited by the officer on 28.03.2023 and observed that the industry was in operation during visit and is engaged in manufacturing of chappals. The industry has installed 1 no. baby boiler with cyclone separator and adequate stack height. The industry has not installed any D.G set inside its premises. The industry has submitted building plan from approved architect from Director of Factories, Punjab.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 13.8pt;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Air Act 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2027 with suitable conditions</span><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';"> and with special conditions that:-</span></p>
