<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-right: 7.0pt; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 17.75pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consents under both Acts through OCMMS. The agenda note has been perused and it is observed that Regional office has not submitted pointwise compliance of SOPs framed for lead smelting units by the CPCB. </span> </p>
