The application was scrutinized and observed that the rent agreement submitted by the industry is only for 11 months from date of its execution whereas the industry has submitted consent fee for period more than that. The industry has required to submit rent agreement for five years. Also in the application form the month and year of commissioning of the unit is mentioned as Jan 2002 whereas the rent agreement submitted is executed on 01.04.2022 which is contradictory, which needs to be clarify. The industry has also not submitted classification of area certificate with the application.
