<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated that further PP has not made the occupancy, PP has not made the alternative scientific mode of disposal to handle the treated wastewater quantity 6.48 KLD to be generated from the project as terminal STP installed by MC Zirakpur is not adequate to handle additional pollution load. further, it is intimated that as per M.C letter no. 401 dated 18/10/21 that the project can connect its sewer to the main sewer of M.C Zirakpur in the future, as per the capacity of MC sewer prevailing at that point in time.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">May if approved SCN for refusal CTO under the Air Act,1981 with an opportunity to submit the written reply within 15 days to be issued to PP. EE, RO may also be requested to give his comments on the reply to be submitted by the PP and send the fresh report along with recommendations.</span></p>
