The application was scrutinized and found that the industry has applied fresh Consent to Operate under Green category and has submitted the consent fee for 05 years.
However, the industry has not submitted NOC fee and one-time notional fee under VDS scheme as the industry was commissioned on 02.09.2017 as per the PSPCL Bill submitted by the industry as proof of date of commissioning. The fee structure for the industries covered under this scheme is attached.
Hence, you are hereby requested to submit the notional fee through online portal within 02 days. |
