| Clarification Note: |
1. In compliance to Board’s letter dated 28.02.2023 regarding exemption from submit completion certificate, the industry is required to submit undertaking to the effect that Pollution Control Device(s) has /have fabricated as per the dimensional drawing in feasibility report submitted and the same is able to achieve the prescribed standards.
2. The industry is required to submit Proof of date commissioning of the Industry ( Registration of the industry/ Electricity bill /Sales Tax no ), so that adequacy of consent fee can be calculated.
