| Clarification Note: |
• The industry is required to be applied under orange category of industry as the industry involve in injecting moulding from recycled dana, extruding process and also in spray painting.
• The industry is required to attach detailed site plan for the site of the unit alongwith aks chajjra for the site of unit.
• The industry is required to attach Manufacturing Process with Flow chart for each process.
• The industry has not attached 100 meter certificate from site of the industry from Tehsildar of the area w.r.t parameters Municipal limit, village lal lakir/phirni and residential area.
• The industry has not attached Land use classification of site of the industry and site suitability certificate from DTP Ferozepur.
• Consent to establish & consent to operate fee deposited by the industry are not adequate for orange category of industry.
• CA certificate submitted by the industry does not have date mentioned as per which value of fixed assets given.
• The industry is required to attach feasibility report/ dimensional drawing of air pollution control device with extruder section and spray painting. If the same has been installed, in compliance to Board’s letter dated 28.02.2023 regarding exemption from submit completion certificate, the industry is required to submit undertaking to the effect that Pollution Control Device(s) has /have fabricated as per the dimensional drawing in feasibility report submitted and the same is able to achieve the prescribed standards.
• The industry is required to submit compliance regarding treatment and disposal of domestic effluent.
