The application for obtaining CTO under Air Act, 1981 has been scrutinized and observed as under:-
1. The project proponent has not submitted compliance of guidelines dated 02.02.2021.
2. The project proponent has not submitted no. of rooms with the application form.
3. The project proponent has not submitted detail of generation of solid waste in the application form.
You are requested to attend the above said observation within 02 days positively. Till then, the application will be treated as incomplete. |
