<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';">However, the Board may consider submission by the BKO for grant of relaxation, if any, given to other such type of industry in deposition of EC corresponding to months for which BKO was operational without induced draft technology, in case both the applications are comparable.</span></p>
