<p>1.Details of total machinery installed with total no of chambers, installed dyeing capacity with expected discharge, shares allocated by SPV, </p>
<p>2 EMF record of extraction of Ground water, No of Tube wells installed for extraction viz a viz SCADA data.</p>
<p>3 .Whether EC of intentional violation for removing seals approved ad deposited by industry</p>
<p>4 Whether excess machnery resealed and got verified in Surprise mode.</p>
<p>5 Whether Sewer connectivity disconnected by MCL after operation of dedicated conveyance system and reported by MCL</p> |
