<p><span style="text-align: justify;">It is intimated that SCN for refusal of CTO applied under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 has been issued to the industry vide Board's letter no. 2154-55 dated 31/3/2023 </span><strong style="text-align: justify;">(copy enclosed) </strong><span style="text-align: justify;">alongwith an opportunity to submit reply within 10-days.</span><strong style="text-align: justify;"> It is requested to get the copy of the notice delivered to the industry and send the receipt of the same to this office. He is also requested to submit his comments on the reply to be submitted by the industry w.r.t. notice and send fresh recommendations accordingly, so as to enable this office to decide the application.</strong></p> |
