The violation was <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>reported under the Water Act, 1974 as the authorities failed to install STP for treatment of sewage till date. </span></p>

How ever, considering the notification of Ministry <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Govt of India dated june 2020 the cost plant and machinery is less than 50 crores as such, the unit falls under the medium scale red category and the competency thus lies with CEE (P).
