The project proponent was given personal hearing before the Hon’ble Chairman of the Board on 20.12.2022 wherein it was decided as under:</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">The project proponent has obtained separate license no. for each colony and separate layout plans of each colony have been approved by GLADA. There is no colony titled as “South City” having an area of 144.18 acres in the records of GLADA i.e. Regulatory Authority for colonies and legal opinion is required before considering it as single project having an area of 144.18 acres</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">Keeping the above in view, it is recommended that the present application may be returned and legal opinion may be taken from the Senior Law Officer regarding considering the above said 08 colonies as single project and applicability of EIA Notification, 2006 on the above said project if it is treated as single project.</span></p> |
