CTOW/Varied/LDH3/2019/10076562 & CTOA/Renewal/LDH3/2019/11759969 dated 14.06.2019, both are valid upto 30.09.2023 & 30.09.2024 respectively. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>Now, the rice sheller has applied for ‘Consents to Operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for operation of rice sheller unit with dryer to manufacture raw rice with dryer @ 05 TPH and sorted rice @ 05 TPH. The rice sheller has submitted C.A. certificate dated 21.03.2023 showing gross fixed assets value of Rs. 71.31 lacs, compliance of consent conditions. The industry has deposited Rs. 32,400/- vide UTR. No. P080230228952604 dated 21.03.2023 under Water Act, 1974 & Rs. 28,800/- vide UTR. No. P080230228951943 dated 21.03.2023 under Air Act, 1981 adequate for period upto 30.09.2032 under both acts. </span></p>

The industry has also provided stack of adequate height with APCD along with provisions to facilitate emission sample. The air emission samples were collected during visit from the shelling section after APCD and as per analysis report, the concentration of SPM was 237 mg/NM3, which is within the prescribed limits of the Board.</span></p>
