<p>It is observed that the industry was found violating on the basis of visit dated 4.3.2020 , accordiongily, hearing was given by the hon'ble Chairman of the Board on 20.10.2020, wherein, it was also decided that</p>
<p>t<span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #2b4973; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify; text-indent: -24px;">he Regional Office shall visit the industry on surprise basis within 10 days, verify the contention and submit conclusive report / recommendations in the matter.</span></p>
<p><span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #2b4973; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify; text-indent: -24px;">The industry was visited by RO on 7.1.2022 wherein, industry was guided and no action was taken by RO to conclude the matter.</span></p>
<p><span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #2b4973; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify; text-indent: -24px;">The industry has applied varied CTO and industry was again visited by RO on 25.01.2023 and has processed the present case. </span></p>
<p><span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #2b4973; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify; text-indent: -24px;">From the above, it is observed that it took about 3 years to process the case to the Competent authority. </span></p>
