The industry has applied for obtaining consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The rent agreement submitted by the industry is not authenticated/attested by any authority. The industry has not submitted building plan approved from competent authority. The industry has not submitted partnership deed made under the name and style of M/s J K International Unit-III, D-112, Focal Point Extension, Jalandhar. The industry has not submitted proof of date of commissioning i.e electricity bill.
