Application of the industry has been scrutinized and it is observed as under:-
1) The industry has not submitted latest CA certificate showing gross fixed assets.
2) The industry has not linked / deposited the consent to operate fee.
3) The industry has not submitted completion certificate issued by PSCST.
4) The industry has not submitted compliance of SOPs devised by Board vide no. 19830-57 dated 27.06.2018 for operation and maintenance of APCDs installed by the induction furnaces.
Kindly clarify the above, within 02 days. |
