CTOW/Fresh/SAS/2023/20077851 dated 04/02/2023 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Fresh/SAS/2023/20077842 dated 19/01/2023 having valid upto 31/03/2023 for 35 bedded hospital, subject to certain conditions as mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Now, the HCF has applied for renewal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, with same bedded capacity. As per the record, the consent fees are adequate till 31.12.2034 under both acts.</span></p>
