<p>The reply to the observations raised by Zonal office is as under : -</p>
<p>1. The DTP, Bathinda vide his office letter no. 2017 dated 15.11.2021 addressed to M/s Stelcom Ltd, Bathinda Road, Rampura Phul informed that the site of the industry falls in the Local Planning Area of Rampura Phul and Master Plan of the Rampura phul has not been finalized yet. While finalization of the Master Plan, the case of the industry may be consider as per Rules and Regulations. Thus, the shifting of the industry to some other place is not applicable at this stage.</p>
<p>2. The ETP installed by the industry was not in use and found in abundant condition. </p>
