CTE/Fresh/NWS/2022/18851102 dated 07.07.2023 valid upto 06.07.2023 with conditions mentioned therein and with special condition that the project proponent shall get Change of Land Use Certificate (CLU) from concerned Competent</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; background: white;">Now, the industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The industry has submitted CA certificate, completion certificate of APCD with drawing etc.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; background: white;">The industry has deposited Rs. 21000/- vide UTR No. N198201189044270 dated 16.07.2020, Rs. 66500/- vide UTR No. 265433454<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>dated 22.02.2023 and Rs. 21000/- vide UTR No. N198201189056835 dated 16.07.2020.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 30.09.2028.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; background: white;">The industry was visited by undersigned on 31.03.2023 and Sh. Vivek Aggrawal was contacted during visit and he showed the unit. During visit, it was observed that the plant and machinery of the hot mix plant has been installed.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The unit has installed one drum mixer, one bitumen plant,<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>02 bitumen tanks and 01 bitumen heater.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The bitumen plant is provided with inbuilt bagfilter as APCD and chimney.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The bitumen heater is also provided with chimney, but the height needs to be increased.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The hot mix plant has stabilized movement area with the agreegate.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The plantation has been done around the periphery, however, same needs to be enhanced to make it as per code of practice. The unit has constructed labour quarters and has provided septic tank for the disposal of domestic effluent. The industry has installed one no. DG Set of capacity 320 & 35 KVA with canopy along with adequate stack height. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; background: white;">The hot mix plant has submit undertaking to the effect that CLU of the site will be provided by them if required in future. It is pertinent to mention here that the unit is complying with the siting criteria of the Board and has submitted report from the revenue department during the NOC application. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; background: white;"> In view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2028 with the special condition that</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">1)</span><span style="font-size: 7.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;"> </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; background: white;">The hot mix plant shall inform the Board when it comes into operation, so as to collect the air emission samples.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">2)</span><span style="font-size: 7.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;"> </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; background: white;">The hot mix plant shall obtain CLU from the concerned department if required </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; background: white;">3)<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The hot mix plant shall provide chimney of adequate height with the bitumen heater before its operation. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; background: white;">4) The hot mix plant shall enhance the plantation to make it as per code of practice.</span></p> |
