CTOW/Renewal/NWS/2016/4583492 dated 05.12.2016 valid upto 04.06.2017 for marriage palace, restaurant cum beer bar along with domestic effluent @ 15 KLD into Sewer after passing through Oil & Grease Trap, subject to the conditions mentioned therein. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The unit has not obtained consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-right: -1.1pt; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-left: 64.15pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;">The marriage palace was issued show cause notice for violation of provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 was issued to the palace with hearing at<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Zonal office level on 27.12.2022 but<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>no one attended the same and it has been postponed t0 5.4.2023.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-right: -1.1pt; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-left: 64.15pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;">In the meantime,the palace has now applied for renewal of consent to operate granted under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 with requisite documents through OCMMS on 22.09.2016. The industry has already deposited Rs. 32900/-vide receipt No. 09/3654 dated 13.12.2013 and Cheque of Rs. 14100/- on dated 29.09.2016 under Water Act and Rs. 4700/- vide receipt No. 10/3654 dated 13.12.2013 as NOC regularization fee. The industry has now deposited Rs. 9400/- vide r.no. 70/4223 dated 23.06.2015, which are adequate for the period upto 30.09.2023 as per latest policy of the Board. The palace has submitted additional fee of Rs 169600/- as CTO fee under both acts which adequate upto 30.09.2027 including penalty fees.</span></p>

Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar that the M.C. Banga has already issued a sewerage connection to the Palace vide account No. 3498 dated 29.06.2004. The marriage palace has already got approved its building plan from the M.C. Banga. </span></p>
